Mikel Arteta would be preparing massive sales in Arsenal during the January transfer window.

Arsenal’s coach Mikel Arteta would be ready to make a massive change in his team after the last bad results gotten by the squad, where several players would have already pointed as the responsibles of the team’s performance, and could leave the club in the next few weeks in the January transfer market window.

According to the English journal The Telegraph, Mikel Arteta would have set a list of eight players who could be forced to leave the club to raise funds to reinvest in the market to strengthen the squad with elite players who can be able to give the manager the necessary versatility and quality to compete for the Premier League title.

Following these sources, the list would be headed by the Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny, who is at the end of his contract and has attracted interest from Trabzonspor, Galatasaray and Besiktas. The following player to be sold could be the academy player Emile Smith Rowe, who is tracked by Newcastle, also interested in signing Aaron Ramsdale.

The manager wants to lead the Gunners to their best level of football

The fourth player in Arteta’s selling list would be the Polish defender Jakub Kiwor, who alongside Reiss Nelson could be soon sold to sign an elite defender for the Gunners. In this sense, the English striker Eddie Nkettiah could be also sold in case of receiving a good offer, and the midfielder Thomas Partey could equally leave the club to give his place to new and younger midfielders for the team to lead the Gunners to their best level of football.
