Jadon Sancho's transfer would be still being negotiated by Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund.

English winger Jadon Sancho would be living his last days as a Manchester United player, since he would be close to sealing his departure to Borussia Dortmund, which could be officially announced in the next few days after both teams would have intensified the negotiations for the player in the last few hours.

In this sense, according to the Italian journalist and transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano the arrival of Sancho to Borussia Dortmund would be a deal done and it would be confirmed by Manchester United and the German side soon, when the Red Devils could give the green light to Sancho to travel to Borussia Dortmund training camp in Marbella, Spain.

Following these sources, it would have been expected to be received in the last few hours, but the truth is that Jadon Sancho would be still in Manchester with the Red Devils negotiating a crucial aspect in the agreement with Borussia Dortmund, the price to pay for a potential buy clause to be included in the deal.

Manchester United already set the price for a buy option

In this respect, Manchester United would be willing to include a buy option of €35 million to be exercised by Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, which would be a high price for the German side, who would be negotiating the amount to pay while the Red Devils try to recover something from the €85 million invested in the player in 2021.
