The Portuguese superstar delivered a sensational performance against Al Ettifaq

Manchester United former player Cristiano Ronaldo hammered Steven Gerrard’s side Al Ettifaq with Al Nassr in the Al-Awwal Park Stadium of Jeddah on the eighteenth day of the Saudi Pro League, as the Portuguese superstar was crucial for his team in the 3-1 win achieved against their rival.

The Jeddah-based team, managed by the Portuguese coach Luis Castro, had control of the ball from the first minutes of the clash and Cristiano Ronaldo warned about his intentions in the game with the first clear chance for Al Nassr, in a strong right footed shot that was saved by the rival goalkeeper.

The former Manchester United player Alex Telles opened the scoring for the locals at the 43rd with a great goal after completing a beautiful volley, and his compatriot Cristiano Ronaldo followed his spectacular performance by assisting Brozovic at the 59th to extend the lead of Al Nassr with a second goal.

Cristiano made the third goal for Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo himself scored the third goal of Al Nassr at the 73th by converting a penalty, and Al Ettifaq could only reduce distances in the scoring with a goal scored by Al-Kwikbi at the 85th. The final victory of Al Nassr left the club placed at the second place of the Saudi Pro League with 40 points behind Al Hilal, the current leader of the competition with 50 points.
