Liverpool could have taken revengeance for the last Chelsea’s move over Lavia

Liverpool could be ready to make their massive revenge against Chelsea for the Blues’ attempt to hijack Liverpool's signing of Romeo Lavia, by giving a blow that the London team could regret in the last few hours, and a big battle between both teams could take place in the transfer market in the following days.

According to the Italian journalist and transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool could make Brighton a huge offer for Moises Caicedo in the next few hours, to try to take the Ecuadorian player to Anfield as a part of Jürgen Klopp’s plans to improve the team’s midfield.

According to The latest information given by the English journal The Telegraph, Liverpool's offer for Caicedo would overcome the £80 million package recently offered by Chelsea, and it could have responded to Chelsea's £48 offer made to Southampton for Romeo Lavia, a Liverpool’s target. In addition, Moises Caicedo could have been identified by Jürgen Klopp as a perfect number 6, since the Ecuadorian would be more experienced than Romeo Lavia.

Moises Caicedo could front Brighton to choice his future

In this sense, and following the Telegraph sources, Brighton would be ready to accept the biggest offer for Caicedo, who would have already agreed personal terms with Chelsea, and at this moment would prefer to sign for the Blues, but a convincing Liverpool’s offer to Brighton could change everything in the next few hours, since the Seagulls could force the player to accept what is best for the club.
