According to the information arriving from the Spanish media, FC Barcelona would consider offers up to €95 million for the permanent transfer of De Jong, a top priority target for Erik Ten Hag at Manchester United and a possible target for Chelsea to create a top midfield with the Dutchman playing alongside Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.
