Joshua Kimmich already turned down an offer from the Premier League.

Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich would have taken an unexpected decision amid the strong links he has lately had with several Premier League teams, as he would have decided to reject one of the proposals received from English football to wait for a juicier offer in the next few months.

The player, who has been pursued by Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City and Newcastle, would have already discarded one of the four teams as his potential next destination in his career, considering that the proposal received wouldn’t have been convincing enough as reported by the English journal Daily Mail.

Following these sources, Kimmich would have turned down the offer received from Newcastle, who would be looking forward to signing a top player for their midfield and would have put their eyes on the German player, whose contract at Bayern has only eighteen months left.

The team’s level wouldn’t have been enough for Kimmich

In this sense, as published by Daily Mail, Kimmich would have rejected the Magpies’ proposal due to the fact that they are not competing for the Premier League title, a condition which the German versatile player would have set to end his stage at Bayern, where he has the possibility of fighting for trophies every season, a top priority for Kimmich to find a new destination to leave the Bavarian club.
