Todd Boehly could be willing to sign a new Nicolas Jackson from LaLiga for Chelsea.

Chelsea’s coach Mauricio Pochettino could be soon receiving news about his requirements to the club’s owners in the last few weeks, as the Blues would be focused on the January transfer market window, and could bring a new striker to the Argentine manager in the next few weeks.

According to the English football site TeamTalk, a new scorer would have been linked with the West London team, who could make a similar signing to the one of Nicolas Jackson in the last summer transfer market window to offer to their manager great solutions in the attacking effectiveness delivered from the Blues.

The target rumored to be the next scorer of Chelsea would be a top attacking player from LaLiga, the Girona 26-year-old striker Artem Dovbyk, who has scored 11 goals in 17 appearances in the Spanish tournament during this season, having been labeled as one of the top strikers in the competition.

The player would be open to join the Blues

According to the English journal The Sun, Chelsea have been ‘impressed by Dovbyk’s recent form’ and believe his ‘height and physical presence’ could be key for them. Following these sources, after having previously played with clubs in Ukraine and Denmark, the player would be open to a Premier League switch after proving himself in Spain and a sizable offer from Chelsea could secure the 26-year-old’s arrival to Stamford Bridge this month.
