The British billionaire Jim Racliffe would be ready to make his great impact on Manchester United as a part of the ownership of the club and the director of the sporting area in the team. The businessman, alongside his INEOS board, would have already identified four massive signings to make for the club, and the next few weeks he could make a sensational investment for the Red Devils.

Ratcliffe, who already took the control of the football operations, would be willing to improve four concrete positions in the squad, and according to the Mancunian journal Manchester Evening Standard, that would include a new top striker with a similar level to Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane, who had been already tracked by Erik Ten Hag in the summer.
Following the information given by the Mancunian journal, the other positions to be improved by Ratcliffe would include the center-back, the right-back and the midfield, with some strong options already identified as the right players to be sign to strengthen those positions in the squad.
