The player who would rather rot on the City bench than go to Old Trafford with Manchester United

According to Sky Sports, Kalvin Phillips has reportedly had an offer from Manchester United on the table to join the Red Devils in the winter transfer window. However, despite the fact that Phillips has only played in 4 out of a possible 19 Premier League games for Manchester City, he reportedly turned down the rivals' offer to stay at his current club.
