Jim Ratcliffe could be soon developing a massive plan to raise €100 from players' sales in January.

After having signed Omar Berrada from Manchester City in the last few weeks, Manchester United’s minority stakeholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe would be ready to make his next great impact on the Red Devils, as the British billionaire prepares an ambitious plan to raise €100 million in this January transfer market window.

The plan, according to the English journal The Sun, would consist on the selling of several important players in Erik Ten Hag’s squad, which could grant the Red Devils and the INEOS’ board the financial capacity to reinvest in the market and sign important elite players for the club’s project.

Following these sources, Jim Ratcliffe’s plan would have several huge stars of Manchester United set in the selling list, which would be headed by the English academy player Mason Greenwood, currently playing for Getafe after having part ways in the summer with the Mancunian team to start a six-month loan transfer in the Spanish team.

Greenwood’s rumors on his potential signing for Barcelona could be finally be a reality in the summer, as United would also plan the sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Antony dos Santos or Jadon Sancho as the main stars to help to raise funds, given that other players such as Hannibal Mejbri or Anthony Martial could be also sold but for a significative lower price.
