West Ham United’s midfielder Lucas Paqueta surprised the media and the fans during the game facing his team against Bristol City for the third round of the FA Cup in the London Stadium, as he gave a sensational assist to his teammate Jarrod Bowen to open the scoring in the game against the Robins.
The action happened in the 4th minute of the game, when the Brazilian, sided on the left wing of the midfield, sent a long ball through with his right foot on the run of Jarrod Bowen, who controlled the ball in front of the rival goalkeeper and beated him with a simple and effective finish.
Through his movement, Lucas Paqueta showed his great ability to assist and his capacity to lead his team in any game as he has shown during the season, having become one of the best and most crucial players in the David Moyes’ side, having caused that he was followed by Manchester City and other top teams in the European football.
In this sense, it would be worth mentioning that the goal by Bowen made things easier for West Ham against Bristol while Paqueta completed his sixth assist with the Hammers in 27 games of competition during this season, one of the best campaigns remembered in the career of the Brazilian playmaker.
