Antony dos Santos’ bad performances ended with him starting from the bench

Manchester United's coach Erik Ten Hag surprised the media and the fans with the presence of the Argentine winger Alejandro Garnacho in the lineup to face Copenhagen in the Parken Stadion on the fourth day of the 2023/2024 Champions League group stage, where the Red Devils need desperately a win to keep their options to classify for the next phase of the tournament.

In this sense, Erik Ten Hag set a very offensive team with Garnacho presence as the main news in a forward line composed of the Argentine winger alongside Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford, desperate to score again for the Red Devils. In the defense, Erik Ten Hag opted for giving entry to Jonny Evans alongside Harry Maguire, and Christian Eriksen will lead the team’s midfield in his own country alongside Scott McTominay.

On their side, the locals will have the absence of Rasmus Hojlund’s brother Emil out of the squad and the presence of Oscar on the bench, which would be a special motivation for the Manchester United’s striker, leading the visitors attack for the game.
