Eddie Howe hailed his team after Newcastle United amazing night against PSG

Newcastle United got an incredible 4-1 win against PSG and their coach Eddie Howe showed his happiness in the after game press conference, where the English coach praised his players and revealed the working plans well developed by his players on the pitch, congratulating the team for their incredible performance against the French giant.

The English coach was totally delighted, and confessed his feelings about the win to TNT Sports after the game.  “An amazing evening for us, it really was. So many stories to talk about within the game itself, but just delighted for everyone connected with the club. Supporters, what they gave us tonight was incredible”, he revealed.

Howe was absolutely happy for the collective work developed by the team, and detailed the good points his team had on the pitch to defeat PSG. “Collectively, our spirit and our energy was excellent, I thought we created the positive things we had in the first half. Really aggressive pressing, the hallmark of us when we perform well. The second half we really had to dig deep and try and get over the line", said Howe.

The manager thanked the fans for an amazing atmosphere

The fans were a key part of Newcastle’s win over PSG according to the coach, who wanted to thank the fans for their support during the game. “Amazing support, the atmosphere pre-game was electric,” he said. “They really inspired us, they always do. I’m really thankful that we were able to reward them with the win. Total commitment from the players. I’m delighted”, explained the coach.
