Even with all the millions, the transfer that eludes City infuriates Guardiola

Although Manchester City made an offer for Declan Rice, Arsenal increased the amount offered by the Citizens and, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Guardiola and City have no intention of matching that offer which is around 115 million euros.
