All eyes are on Manchester City. Their players are hoping to win the big UEFA Champions League title. The final will be played next weekend in Istanbul, Turkey against Inter Milan, who will be looking to win their fourth cup in this competition.
Two players who are central to their institutions will face each other. On the Italian side is Lautaro Martinez, an Argentinian who was already a world champion last summer when he lifted the coveted cup in Qatar alongside star of the moment Lionel Messi.
On the other side is Erling Haaland. The Norwegian has been spectacularly effective since his early days with his country's national team and has shown maturity in his performances in the Premier League, where he has already broken all possible goalscoring records.
But a statistic has emerged that could call into question Haaland's effectiveness. And the most surprising thing is that it would be a defender who would be scoring in less minutes than the world star managed by Josep Guardiola and with teammates like Julián Álvarez.
The portal TNT Sports Argentina reported that Nahuel Bustos, defender of Talleres de Córdoba, has an average goal every 62 minutes played, which would surpass Haaland who scores every 96 minutes. The South American defender has only played 433 minutes while Haaland has 25 goals in 2408 minutes.
