Liverpool rejuvenation process is being completed, as one of the Jürgen Klopp main goal for the next season is getting his team’s midfield rebuild through the signing of young stars who can develop at the club the following years; creating a solid project to get Liverpool back to its glory days in Premier League and the European competitions.

According to the transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Jürgen Klopp has recently put his eyes on the talent Southampton starlet Romeo Lavia, a 19 year-old Belgian midfielder who has already attracted the attention of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in this transfer market window, with a Liverpool bid expected in the next few days.

Following the Romano sources, a  €50 million bid by Liverpool could make Southampton let the player exit from the club. Liverpool has been in the race to sign Lavia since last week and they should move as quickly as possible as a new team has joined the race for the player.

The player’s signing should be quickly completed as a new rival for the player has emerged

Manchester United, whose coach Erik Ten Hag is looking to improve the squad with versatility and youngness, is also interested in signing the player and is reported to be making a move in the next few days. Therefore, Liverpool should be quicker to grant the player’s arrival to Anfield. According to Romano, a  €50 million bid could make Southampton let the player exit from the club, and a big derby between Manchester United and Liverpool could take place to sign Lavia, who is already one of the most promising jewels in the English market with a brilliant future at the Premier League
