The Red Devils would have set a concrete condition to sell the player

Manchester United would be already making plans for the next January transfer market window and Jadon Sancho would be the best player the club would want to sell to solve the problem existing between him and their coach Erik Ten Hag, who axed the English winger from the club’s senior squad and the decision seems to be permanent.

According to the British press, the player himself would have already admitted to his ex teammates that he has no intention to talk again to the coach, and the club would want to get rid of the player in the January transfer window, with several teams already reported to be interested in signing him.

However, according to the English journalist Samuel Luckhurst from Mancunian journal Manchester Evening Standard, Manchester United would have taken an important decision on the potential exit of Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window, and the club would have already sent a strong and clear message to the teams interested in the player.

United already spoke with the teams interested in the player

Following these sources, the Red Devils would have already communicated to the teams interested in the player that he would be sold for at least €60 million in a transfer deal or they should cover at least the 70% of the player’s wages in case of being signed in a loan transfer, which would have the clear intention of recovering a good part of the investment made for the player in 2020, when Manchester United signed him from Borussia Dortmund for €85 million.
