Pochettino defies Manchester City in the race for this English wonderkid

Mauricio Pochettino is preparing the new Chelsea season with the main goal of taking the club back to the top of the Premier League. Levi Colwill will be back at Chelsea in the next few days and the Blues already have plans for his young star. At the moment, Manchester City and Liverpool have made enquiries about the possibility of signing the player, but Pochettino has a clear plan for the English defender. Colwill is under contract with Chelsea until 2025, with a 12-month extension to kick in after a certain number of senior appearances. Given that, Chelsea could be ready to offer him a new deal, with Pochettino having already sent a strong message to City and Liverpool about the player’s future: Colwill will not be sold this summer.
