Shocking, the latest disappointing situation at Manchester United involving Anthony Martial

Manchester United’s coach Erik Ten Hag would be living the most difficult and surprising days in his career as a manager for the Red Devils, since the club is everyday involved in new and serious conflicts with the squad, and the last player to have had a surprising and embarrassing situation inside the manager’s plans would have been the French striker Anthony Martial.

According to the English journal Daily Mail, the 27-year-old player would have forgot the time set for the latest training session at the club, and was pictured arriving at the club’s Carrington base in his car at 8.55 am, but then he was photographed driving back his home at 8.59 am, which create a great confusion about the reasons why the player was leaving the training center.

Some minutes later, these sources confirmed that Martial had mixed up the times set for Manchester United’s training session on Tuesdays, set at 9.00 am, while the Thursdays they players start arriving at 11:30 am. The player, who took part in the team facing Arsenal in the Emirates Stadium before the international break, would be fight for a place in the team, which could be really difficult to get, as it seems that Rasmus Hojlund could start against Brighton this week.

In this sense, Anthony Martial would be expected to keep on fighting for an opportunity to join  the Erik Ten Hag’s lineup, where Rasmus Hojlund seems to be ahead of him to be the center forward of the team, while Anthony Martial could profit from the controversy surrounding Jadon Sancho to become the Danish striker backup in the squad.
