Brighton & Hove Albion are set to begin talks over a new contract with their manager, Roberto De Zerbi, in response to interest from clubs such as Real Madrid, who are looking for a coach for the future. De Zerbi, since his arrival in September 2022, has transformed Brighton, earning an impressive sixth place finish in the Premier League and the club's first European qualification.
