Newcastle's new 17-year-old pearl, Lewis Miley, dazzled all of England in Newcastle's last victory against Chelsea. Last Saturday the young Newcastle youth squad made his debut at Saint James' Park from the Magpies starting eleven and left no one indifferent.

There are many hopes that Lewis Miley has awakened in Saint James' Park. The Newcastle youth player had a real great game against Chelsea in his second game in the Premier League. Given the suspension of Tonali along with the losses of Joe Willock and Elliot Anderson, Lewis Miley enjoyed his second start at Newcastle. He already started from the starting eleven in the penultimate game for Eddie How's team against Bournemouth.

However, it was in Newcastle's great game against Chelsea that the 17-year-old talent shone with his own light. It was the first time he had played at Saint James' Park, a very special day for a youth player from the age of seven. It only took Miley 13 minutes to filter between the lines a perfect assist for Isak to put the hosts ahead on the scoreboard. The 17-year-old midfielder played 90 minutes against Pochettino's Chelsea and was a key part of Newcastle's spectacular 4-1 victory.

Newcastle have a tight and difficult schedule ahead. However, the long list of injuries suffered by the Magpies is the current weak point for Eddie How's team. That is why Lewis Miley is a new option for the midfield managed by the Newcastle coach. The English team travels to Paris this Tuesday to play a key match in Group F of the Champions League and will later play against United, Everton, Tottenham, Milan, Fulham and Chelsea in the next three weeks.

He will be key in the rotation

To have that kind of composure and calmness to make a pass like that is very special. I think it has a great future. He's going to have to step up and do what we know he can do. Still, it is important that we remember how young he is and that we also seek to protect him. My job is to do that and educate him in the right way on and off the pitch, the Newcastle coach added.
