Manchester United’s goalkeeper Andre Onana conceded a new goal in Old Trafford against Brentford on the eighth day of the 2023/2024 Premier League season, and the Cameroonian goalkeeper seems to be in the worst moment of his career, once he was not able to stop the first shot made by the rival in the game due to another mistake in his position on the goal.
The action happened at the 33rd minute of the game against the Bees, where after being assisted by Yoane Wissa, Mathias Jensen sent a powerful left footed shot form the center of the box which enter through the center of the goal of Onana, who was not able to reach the ball, as he could scarcely touch it after being caught out of place again.
The goal was a big blow for the Red Devils, who after the action tried to develop their game and impose their quality against their rival, as the build-up of the team seemed clearer to that offered in the last few games, and the couple made by Casemiro and Amrabat gave some certainty to the team.
Meanwhile, the horrible numbers of Andre Onana in the start of this season continue, and the Cameroonian goalkeeper now amasses eleven goals conceded in ten games played with the Red Devils this season, which would be a really weak streak for the player, who would even thinking about renouncing to play for his national team in the Africa Cup of Nations in January to focus on his new team according to the British media.
